By accessing or using CoinTrackr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws and regulations, and applicable local laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Materials on the Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may temporarily download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. You may not:

• modify or copy materials;
• use them for commercial purposes or public display;
• decompile or reverse engineer software;
• remove proprietary notices; or
• transfer or mirror materials on another server.

This license terminates automatically upon violation and may be terminated at any time. Upon termination, downloaded materials must be destroyed.

CoinTrackr is not responsible for errors, latency, outages, or temporary issues affecting quotes supplied by exchanges through your connected API. CoinTrackr is not responsible for errors, latency, outages, or temporary issues arising from the Trading feature or the connected exchange API. You should always verify that orders submitted through CoinTrackr were correctly posted in your exchange account.

The materials and Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. CoinTrackr makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CoinTrackr does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or of websites linked to the Service. Nothing provided by CoinTrackr constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoinTrackr and its suppliers shall not be liable for damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the Service or its materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Materials may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CoinTrackr does not warrant that materials are accurate, complete, or current and may change them at any time without notice. CoinTrackr does not undertake to update the materials.

CoinTrackr has not reviewed all websites linked to the Service and is not responsible for their content. A link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

CoinTrackr may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to the then-current version of these Terms.

We collect personal information by lawful and fair means, including through cookies or other appropriate technologies. We use personal information for the purposes specified by us and related purposes, unless consent is obtained or disclosure is required by law. Personal data should be relevant, accurate, complete, and up to date.

We use reasonable security safeguards against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal requirements.

You may request full deletion of your personal data by contacting info@cointrackr.com. We will process a valid deletion request within 48 hours, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

CoinTrackr may use third-party services including Google Analytics, Hotjar, Sentry, and Firebase. These services may collect information about your device, browser, visits, usage, or application activity and may use cookies or similar technologies. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

You may prevent certain Google Analytics data collection by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google's use of information collected through Google Analytics is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.

You may opt out of Hotjar tracking through Hotjar's opt-out mechanism. Hotjar's processing is governed by its applicable Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.

We use Sentry to monitor Service operation and troubleshoot errors. Sentry may use cookies and may automatically receive information about your device or browser.

We use Firebase, a Google service, to administer, develop, and improve our services and applications. Firebase may use cookies. Google's applicable privacy policies govern its processing of information collected through Firebase.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Service provider. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction. The specific governing-law and jurisdiction provisions may be updated when the legal entity and jurisdiction of the Service provider are finalized.
